Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course    $450.00 The state of Utah requires a 90 hour licensing course with the course content specified by the Real Estate Division. The state also mandates that a student cannot receive credit for more than eight hours in any given day.  The 90 hour course can be received as credit either online or in a live class or a combination of both online and live.

Real Estate Brokers Course     $695.00 The state of Utah requires a 120 hour licensing course with the  course content specified by the Real Estate Division. The state also mandates that a student cannot attend class more than eight hours in any given day.   Contact the school to register.

Mortgage Lender  Pre-license Course    $300.00 The trusted name in real estate education, Stringham Schools, brings you the answer to meeting the required 20 hour pre-license course and passing the Utah Mortgage Lender Exam.

Continuing Education Courses     $10.00 per credit hour Live class instruction can be taken here at Stringham Schools, including the six hours core offered  Monday through Thursday at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 6pm and 8pm.    Online Classes We offer our sales, broker and continuing education classes from a distance learning point of view, at no additional fee. It is as close as you can get to being in a live class, from the comfort of your home or office. Our online classes feature instructors actually presenting the curriculum in an entertaining spectrum, at your convenience.
