Mortgage Continuing Education

   Continuing education is $10 per credit hour of,

  
September  October     $10 discount will be given for taking all 14 hours of  
     MCE with Stringham Schools.  
     
Required Core Courses:
    Ethics- 2 hours
    RESPA and Loan Fraud (Law) – 2 hours
    Consumer Protection (Law) – 2 hours
    Utah Statutes & Administrative Rules
          (Law) – 2 hour

The state of Utah requires at least
2 hours of Ethics and 3 hours of Law as part of the 14 CE hours. 
The other nine hours may be selected from the elective courses.		 Elective Continuing Education Courses:   
    Mortgage Markets – 2 hours   
    Mortgage Products – 2 hours
    Residential Mortgage Application Process – 2 hours
    Residential Mortgage Underwriting – 2 hours
    Professional Practices – 2 hours
    Closing Process – 2 hours
